Except as provided herein, no refunds or returns are allowed on subscriptions. Because we automatically send you an unlock code, we cannot issue refunds so please make sure your subscription is correct when you finalize it. Quality and customer service are very important to us and we want you to be satisfied. If your subscription registration code is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt! We will make arrangements to correct any error as soon as possible.
